There is no such thing as a 'Weber sound' - it depends on the rest of the car.

not exactly i have a citroen ax sport 1.3l with a dcoe carb

and it sound exactly the same as a friend of my with an alfa 2.0l with dcoe carb.

try to search on youtube different type of vehicles with a dcoe carb

and you see for yourself that the sound is almost the same

I've fitted DCOEs to lots of cars, and they all sound different. The exhaust length and design, the piston design, CR, squish, baffling, intake system and lengths etc all make the sound different. Different I4 engines will sound different, and comparing differing engine layouts won't result in the same sound either.

Does a 1.3 AX sound the same as a 2.0 Alfa? Only if the Alfa is in VERY bad condition

I can't be bothered to watch compressed videos of cars. I know how carbs influence the sound of an engine, and it's not sufficient to make them almost the same. You cannot tell, by the sound, what carbs someone has fitted. The carbs are just restricted tubes with a throttle butterfly (to all intents and purposes) and the manufacturer makes little different.
