hi, im a real racer. and i my car i have a mychron, and it has an option wich can gives you this times:

Best Theoretical Lap time
This lap time is calculated adding all best split times you made during your run on the same track. This Lap time is only theoretical, because is made calculating the best recorded split times of different laps.

Best Rolling Lap Time
This Lap time is obtained adding all best consecutive split times you really obtained. This means that this lap can also not begin at start finish line nor ending there.

There is an InSim application that has the "theoretical" lap time as an output. If you are on a server where it's activated the command !spb should give it to you.

Don't know about the "rolling lap" but I quess it might be possible with InSim.

That insim program that has the "theoretical" lap time isn`t correct. It`s not possible no matter how fast you drive, I belive it don`t calculate the corners, just the distance left.

What do you mean?

I think that function in LFSLapper works very well.

I have not seen it on many server, but for example on a server that runned BL2. With a split on 34.xx something, it said it was possible to get a lap time on 59sec-1min, that ain`t possible for that car (RB4), no matter how fast you drive in thise corners. Possible 1.02, maybe 1.01, but not less than a minute.

On the servers I saw it running, it always worked as it should.

It has worked on all the servers I've seen it. Granted I haven't particularly tried to find fault in the times. I've usually thought that it is me who drives like crap because I can't always match its predictions.

Hmmm, strange. Or maybe I`m just those 6 sec slower than last half lap, who knows?

It just calculates summ of best sectors.
My TBP is faster than my actual PB by 0.19s
