Do you have access to logon to the server directly?
Can you resolve master.liveforspeed.net (nslookup -type=a master.liveforspeed.net)? Does it resolve to 213.40.20.2?
Can you ping it (ping master.liveforspeed.net)?
Can you telnet to master.liveforspeed.net on port 8080 and 29339 (telnet master.liveforspeed.net 29339)? If you get a connection you should get a blank window with a flashing cursor.
Yep i can RDC to the box. I shall have a go at your advice... Thanks.

Seems my box cannot see the server at all, could be a DNS issue, because i cant even load websites... im tempted to put it on OpenDNS.
EDIT 2: Seems the D/C are having some issues or at least my hosting company.. just set my server to point to openDNS and everything seems fine now... Thanks Angry Angel for you assistance.
Just had the same issue as the OP. I solved this by completing the following;
- Confirm that LFS.exe has been added to allowed programs in Windows Firewall
- Right click on lfs.exe > properties
- Select the Security Tab
- Select "Authenticated Users" then change the permissions to "Full Control" > click the OK button.
- Run LFS
