What's the policy on the cautions? 2+ car accidents would warrant a caution?

Just Incase you somehow missed the Rules, and still don't know when there is a caution.

Safety Car / Caution procedure

1. If the safety car is scrambled by the Race Admin, then 'CAUTION - SAFETY CAR DELOYED' will appear on screen.
2. You may continue to pass other cars, until you cross the S/F line. Watch for local yellows.
3. The Safety Car will let through all cars, until it picks up the leader.
4. The SC will drive at 66mph, for 3 laps. The first lap will be to gather the cars together. The second will allow you to pit, should you want to. The third lap of the caution will be the lap on which the race is restarted.
5. Restarts of the race take place as the race start, except cars will line up in single file

Cautions will only take place if:

There is any accident/event that will pose a danger to people racing. The Admin will have the final decision on whether there is a caution or not.
