For a sim racing site try asking for hosting at rscsites.org. You need to be active on RSC and if you want to use a forum it has to be a subforum of the main RSC forum. It's fast, free and unrestricted reliable (unlike the forum) webhosting.

Most of the free host services are slow and unreliable. The ones with higher limits are always worse and over stretched.
