erm.... maybe u coude use the car logo of honda... u putted the bike logo of honda on the front of the car

i used the bike logo because in our formula student car (like the MRT5) is a honda CBR 600 Bike engine, and so i used the bike logo

Hi All!
Long time no see.

Do you like my last skin - UF1_Wedding.

This time I created a FO8 skin.

The theme is came from a computer game which I very like. It called" Homeworld 2". A RTS game created by Relic Ent. One of my favorite game developer. Homeworld 2 bring me into a sci-fi world, also it spaceship is very nice.
Do you play computer games? Or just play LFS?


My first FLS skin's idea also came from a game.However, that skin (MRT_Black Isle 01) not very nice, since I put too many Icon/symbol on it.

This time I used less Icon & symbol of the game. Just focus on 2-3 main Trademark of the game.

This time I chose a very light color to be the basic color of the car. And mainly used the wing from Homeworld 2 Trademark to decorate the car body. Also, on the side Pod & Rear Wing Blade, I added the Central Processing Unit(CPU) of the Mothership. It is a half human(female), half machine, who called Karan S'jet(The designer of Mothership). Does she/it look cool?

The grey areas should be lighter, I think -- the real life BMW Sauber is white or almost white.

Most logos are hopelessly low-res, which IMHO ruins the point of a high-res skin. It's better to fake "Petronas" and "Syntium" with some font that looks very close to the original than to take a low-res logo and upscale it with loss of quality. There are tons of free fonts out there, and a both Paint.Net and Gimp scale fonts ad infinitum with no artifacts (well any software should, since fonts are not stored as images).

Aside from that, a great neat skin. Looks like you used a shadowkit, which is cool as well.

I think it's really good Yeah, finding hi-res logos is a bitch, as you mentioned in your blog (I know, since I have a couple of WIP skins myself), but it does make everything look neat right click-saved.
