i didnt hit him intentionally, i didnt know it was practice, and i didnt know it wasnt going to be restarted, i was still shift R ing as i was going up the track and didnt have a clue when tweak hit me then i was getting crap off everyone.
im sure quite a few of us have been bannned/disconnected from a server before, i was once on an FE:Club server, they all drive UF1's, and i took the XRT and drifted, then i swapped to the FXO and overtook them all before clipping one and causing a pile up, im sorry, and that experience put me straight, but i didn't come on this forum because "that idiot in the slower car clipped me and caused a big accident! I want my money back even though ive had almost 2 months of good racing!"
EDIT:Just seen your post! You were driving round the track, dangerous as it is, but generally there are scraps at the end, but normally its not conducted on the track (e.g. on the FM Oval Server, most people ease off and park off the track by the pit out and donut their last 1% of fuel away) you do not do something that could damage somebody else not in your little game, and if you need to take your eyes off the track PULL OVER!!!
If these chaps around here are too mean for you, maybe you should try the teletubbies community.
Seriously, the people here are the nicest and most helpful I've ever seen on the net, and yet you manage to get all enraged over "us" in only a week. You sir, have serious anger problems and maybe a different game, one that lets you relieve your anger like CS or Battlefield, may be better suited for you. I really hope you don't behave like this on the real road, if you already have a drivers license that is.
And now, please take one of the numerous chill pills Tweak has offered you
Well what I mean is that if you remain calm when someone cuts you off or does something else you generally don't like on the motorway, why is it so hard for you to go with the flow on public servers?
You can't force people to behave exactly how you want, they're not computer simulated drivers, their real people so some will race for several races in a row then want to chill, which could mean chat or it could mean do a few laps of practise, roll a smoke or any other number of things, so why is it such a problem if a race isn't restarted in the next 5 minutes? If you have limited time and really just want to race, but see that more than 50% of the people aren't in a hurry to restart, just say goodnight to all on that server and go to another server thats what I do in such situations, I don't kick up a huge fuss over nothing... I agree sometimes it's hard to find servers with people that want to race, but you will find even when people are hotlapping and such, it doesn't always mean they don't want to race but perhaps are just waiting to see what level of racers join the server before they choose to race with them... once you get to know a few people and they know you drive fairly, you will have no trouble whatsoever finding someone to race with
Basicly what my point is "if you want to be respected you must first show respect of others"
i was just happily waiting for the restart count down to tick up..... when this guy called "i hate this game" started to get everyone to ban me because i hit tweak who i didnt even have a chance to say anything.
i wasnt irritated by the restart or anything, it had just been a while since the restart happened and i had driven off up the road after a [noobs] who went up there too.
yeah i was angry because i tried hard all night to have clean races, for hours i was there racing with those guys. and i was even racing in an LX4.... that was tricky to keep clean in the corners but i was pulling it off...
yeah it makes me angry that everyone just clings together all of a sudden and gets u booted for no reason at all just because youre new.
either that or they knew they would try and ban me for something when i went on their server...
Why do some people have to post profanities (post #72 omg) IMO it lowers people to the op's level and is unnecessary .
I take it there's no "wrongway kick" set on this server? lol
If the Tweaker wanted to make a WR he would have gone offline and done so?...... I dont think Tweak was ever really bothered .
If you can't play nice without calling people names Richy, then maybe multiplayer games are not for you, this goes for anyone who continually spams abuse.
As for this thread and the abundance of posts from you Richy, I can only conclude you are either drunk or just immature ,however thats just how it appears to me!
Richy, I'm assuming you trust me since you've no reason not to. Here's a bit of advice:
If you're new, it's best to keep your nose clean until people get to know you. Otherwise they might misinterpret your actions.
This whole thing of accusing the entire community of victimising you every time you fall out with someone is not going to endear you to anyone, and frankly it's a bit childish. If you honestly think we've all got some secret vendetta against you, then it would be best if you just stop posting and find other people to hang out with.
To suggest that you were lured into a server where people raced with you for hours purely for the purpose of lulling you into a false sense of security so they could ban you later, is preposterous.
Do you realise the irony inherent in your own post? Your conduct right there is hardly setting a shining example.
Well then you have seen and learned something very important don't be a follower be someone who sets an example of higher standards then you will attract and be attracted to the right sort of racers in the community and will enjoy your time here much more if you just sink to the lowest denominator you want win respect from other racers. I.e. treat others the way you want to be treated and things will go much smoother. Respect and you will be respected, what more could you ask for? In situations like you discribe I park on the side of the track awaiting the next restart, if people are just intent on fooling around I'll spectate until the next restart or do some practise driving as I always have room too improve Again as you become more well known arround the servers you want find it so hard to get a race BTW I don't judge you by how you post we don't always type what we are actually wanting to say, sometimes it is from frustration or we've had a tough day, etc. I've been know to be abit brash at times too
Anyway stick at it, just realise that you want get the greatest racing of your life every time you join a server or every race but it certainly is worth sticking at it, becasue when you do hit some good racing, there's nothing that can compare with it
Well m8 if that's the case it's just a matter of you not really being all that familiar with how things go... some of us have been here for quite some time and have ESP for things like that don't worry about it so much, just keep connecting, racing with folks and generally keep your nose cleen till you meet and get to know more people Like Tweak says take a chill pill, he didn't mean it in a nasty way, he's been here a very long time behave like him and you will find yourself well accepted in the community My advice is always flow with whats happening in the server (racing certain car, practising, chatting whatever) if it's not what you want say goodnight and find another server that is doing what you want, if you can't find one then try entering an empty one and see if others connect if that fails come back another night...
The [noobs] COW is currently at Aston Cadet.
Your stats show 57 laps with the LX4 and 6 with the FXO.
Of course you would need to restart immediately as you don't need any more practice.
