a while ago i pressed something and my tool bar like with the start menu thing went to the top.. does anyone know how to make it go back to the bottom? please help me its getting annoying.

hold down the left mouse button while hovering over the tool bar. The while holding the mouse button down, drag the mouse pointer to the bottom of the screen.
If it won't let you do it, right click on the tool bar and select properties, and untick 'locl the toolbar'.

Seen that question asked a hundred times, it's surprising how many people don't think to try the solution, considering how you can drag nearly everything else to where you want it within Windose.
