Im new to LFS.. i DL'd a setup and i dunno what to do with it. I tried putting it in the settings folder but i dont see the setup for the car in the game ?? wuts up????

they do go in the LFS/data/settings folder... not sure why you cant see it, make sure its the right file type and filename, and make sure its for the right car.

check other cars and see if you can see the setup elsewhere

what would the right name be? and no its not iwth any other cars checked them all

And they're supposed to be named <CAR>_blahblah
XRT_blgp, FZR_as3, etc.

If you still can't see it maybe it's an outdated / wrong version setup.

Maybe he downloaded S1 setups from team inferno. :-$

ive noticed that sometimes the downloads need to be downloaded again before they'll work

also some have altered names with extra charectors in (bad downloads i assume)

also they seem to appear sometimes after lfs has been restarted

No i figured it out all i did is copied the name of a setup that i didnt like and deleted it, then pasted it on the downloaded one, it worked thanks for your guys help
