I would say its a Tie between Nakajima and Bourdais.

bourdais was promising at the start but nakajima has also been good, i would say nakajima wins by a hair

Ill vote once the season is over and a better oppinion can be given.

Right now maybe Nakajima, but by the end of the year i reckon Piquet Jnr. would have improved the most.

None of them have been that impressive have they? Hopefully things should change now they're getting some experience under their belt.

How have they not, Nakajima impressed me in Spain, and Bourdais in Australia had to be seen to be belived, similar to Webber at Melbourne in '02(except he finished the race).

Glock is not a rookie. He raced for Jordan in four rounds in 2004.

Bourdais, while impressive, has the benefit of 4 Champ Car crowns under his belt. Nakajima comes from a much lower background and is performing admirably even against his highly-rated team mate.

Yeah i remember last year everyone was paying off Williams when they were rumored to sign him up since he is a pay driver, even if he is hes sure made williams licking there lips.

Nakajima is a very under-rated driver. In GP2 last year, he stood on five consecutive podiums and set three fastest laps, achievements bested only by Timo Glock (five consecutive podiums and four fastest laps). He suffered less retirements than Glock (3 vs 5) too.

I think Nakajima will probably turn out like Heidfeld: not spectacular, but a dogged performer with occasional flashes of brilliance.

Hes japanese, i don't think that will happen now that Sato is gone.

Well, Glock is no rookie . He raced in F1 for a full season before.

Still too early to determine but for now, I'd say Bourdais. He's out performed Vettel over the last few races.

Not quite, he only did 4 races I believe. Canada and then the final 3 races.

Personally Glock has impressed me the most. He's easily been the most consistent of the rookie drivers and he hasn't been too far off Trulli (who is one of the quickest drivers over one lap) in qualifying.

Next is Nakajima, generally gets the car home and has been steadily improving with each race. Fairing pretty well against his highly rated team-mate.

Bourdais has been solid so far. He only managed to get upto 4th in Australia because the FIA opened the pitlane under the Safety Car earlier than the rules actually stipulate. The impressive part of the performance was staying there infront of Alonso and Kovalainen.

Piquet has been by far the worst of any driver on the grid. His qualifying has improved a lot since Melbourne but this guy is so at sea in the races it's unbelievable!

I see a fairly decent future for the first 3; Piquet needs to improve a lot if he has any long term F1 ambitions.

Piquet's father (the 3-time WDC) mentioned several years ago - when Junior clinched the British F3 title - that Junior makes too many mistakes "to be a somebody in F1". He was harshly judgemental about his son, even though I'm sure he's very proud of him at heart.

I think Piquet Junior will come through eventually. At the moment, he's being sidelined because of Alonso and perhaps not getting as much support as a rookie needs. Even so, I agree he needs to lift his game during races.

Bourdais, he should have been in F1 in his twenties, and now he is proving how good he is.

He raced about 8 plus races so i guess not, and they wern't 4 years ago they were last year.
