this cpu im thinking about getting what do you guys think? i would have the best fan that is not water cooled cause i don't got a water supply in my Computer room seems like a good cpu for 950$

Nah you dont, it takes coolant from a reservior inside the computer. You'll need to replace the coolant every 6 months.
