you forgot to name anther one its liberty citys or something good insim where you can buy food ect by means me think its more to REALISTIC i think that live a year or 2 eck it mite even beat TC cause everytime i see the liberty city server theres allways 23-24 players on it.

Yeah probably you are right but j4f wasn't created because of one of the probs you emntioned... Btw i was one of the guys who was on autoX and doing robber and cop stuff and yeah i was a racer before and when i was at the demo (back in 02-03) i was a drifter.

I love the cruise servers because i can come and go whenever i want whenever i have some spare time. When i was a racer/drifter i had training 2-3 times a week then we had races each weekend or atleast every 2nd one. And that annoyed me because i thought i hadn't enough time for me and my real life... That's why i was so happy to have the Cop & Robber thingy.

Btw i would love to have this time back it was such a great time there! And the time on CLC, TC was great too I had great fun and was nice to meet all the guys up there.

There were also a lot of racers who joined too, at this time.

I think one of the big problems out there is that LFS has a big problem. The devs do their best to have a great sim but developing a game with only 3 guys in a team is hard and takes heck a lot of time. That's why the development of LFS is really slow. Most of the racers who joined in the good ol' days back in 03-04 are no more. There are a lot of ppl who left LFS because of the "bad" graphics and the lack of diffrent tracks and cars. (this is not my opinion)

So because of the lack of not much new features we loose constantly people because they will no more join LFS all day... probably once a month... So that's why the racer community is angry on us cruisers because out of 300 ppl online playing LFS S2 over 100 ppl are on the cruise servers.

I think with release of S3 we will gain a lot more new ppl, a lot ppl will join back, and probably some of the cruisers will change back to racing!

I never wanted to piss at some one with any of my posts... But when i go on at forum and each day I see a new Thread about what cruiser's are..... it just makes me sad....

TC was born long before the insim programming. TC was over a year old and had several servers before insim was introduced.

MaxH had the cops 'n robbers server and elite, brad and jegor wanted to start a copteam with the best cops in lfs. MaxH's server disapeared and elite set up his own cops and robbers server. good post WS Fredy! it made me think and its upset me the old times when i loved CLC and LTC to cruise around i think there should only be: CLC,
LTC,
TC,
WS

Those are the main cruise servers what i have said 40 times. I think the ones with the same insim should go offline and try to make there OWN InSim with there OWN CODE

And I don't like the point of saying You are allowed, you not you are your not... I think it's each cruisers own responsibility.

And I was on at LC for about 5 minutes and was rammed to deatch... in my poor little shiny uf1 AND I knew most of the guys up there And guess what... it was all the ppl banned by TC, LTC, CLC or WS who where playing there. And there was NOT one admin online. So i think it will get annoying for the ppl on there if they can't cruise calm and without crashing after 100 meters...

I think the problem with the cruise servers will be solved by itselfs! There were so much servers before LC and all of 'em where full in the beginning! Because you can earn much faster your money, you don't get kicked for ramming, you don't get banned, you don't get fined, you don't loose money for pitting and you won't get killed for not speaking english!

That's like in real life! All people want the anarchy and when they have anarchy they want to go back! You will see in 1-2 months you won't see LC again

Thats just another copy, they're all copies of when CLC released its first automated cruise system with commands that you could type into the chat.

I was the first one to say about it and its not a DAM COPY has anyone els got a feed thingy bar and a job thingy No! LC has an unique insim system best one i have seen yet.

The LC admins are abusive towards members of other teams. Some members of ws went to check on their server and they started saying stuff like our mothers are fat and things like that. And then they came and started spamming our server up.

I've never been aware of their act until a member of WS (skateur95) prevent me.

I never wanted that and I'm very angry about all that too.

And no! I do not use the open source cruise. I wrote my cruise program in C/Cpp
it's my own insim API and my own cruise program

P.S. If you dont like all the cruise servers, dont go to them. I doubt they would be around very long if they stay empty.

Well, I think "real racing" just became too complicated/ complex/ time consuming but LFS is a great game and people want to play it, thus they're looking for a way enjoying LFS, too.
