I am letting my daughter go through the training series and cannot complete the Formula BMW high speed braking because the car peaks a 107 mph, well below the minimum speed of 118. How do I change the gearing for her so she can continue to advance through??

If you put the car to automatic then she can reach the required speed easily. Press shift and g to get the automatic.

Reduce the wings in the setup.

Go to the gearing section of the setup and increase/decrease final ratio (bottom slider) to achieve the top speed desired.

Do the first. Then if need be, do the 2nd.

You cant modify the sets in training, mrodgers.
@OP: You are in the highest gear?
Be sure to lift off the gas pedal while shifting.
