Here's how mine is looking right now, minus fenders and with new headlights I mounted. Still have to tidy up the wires and work on the details, but it gives you an idea. Oh, and I need to get some front turn signals and a mirror or two. Getting rid of the stock bodywork including the heavy headlight assembly (the frame that supports the headlight unit and the mirrors was HEAVY) has taken over 10lb of weight off the very front of the bike. The front end now comes up more easily in 1st gear, and also in 2nd now if I snap the throttle open at 6000rpm.
