I keep getting this when i try to set up a dedicated server, in the black small box.

Are you behind a router? If so forward the port and accept incoming connections. Turn NAT off as well.

That means either the insim port you've specified in the config file is in use by another program (do you have only 1 server instance open?), or that you've put the server IP address incorrect in the config file.

And that's because the above failed.

The solution is to open the config file and enter the correct IP address and port settings; remember to uncomment the lines, they should start with a single slash (/) instead of double slash (//).
