Ok so im very new....and i need somebody to please post up a cfg.txt or whatever you need to put the mods in som they'll work for the demo. I can download whichever demo if needed.....please someone give moe a link or...and when i try and get an attached file and open it it wants me to open it up in a program....whats wrong..

Tell us what "mods" you are trying to use and perhaps we can help. The various procedures are different for the various different types of "mod", be it texture, insim/outsim/outgauge, or otherwise.

Like......where you can give your car more power and you can create tracks.....i have Demo x and z....and i think y too....they're in my recycle bin and i can restore them if i need to. but ya sorry if im asking to much im a newb to lfs and saw a couple vids on utube and liked mods.....and also i try to download LFStweak and when i click open to download it it brings up where i want to save it to what do i save it to? well before you get totally flamed out by most of the other users i will help you out a bit. I think that all of the power adding mods are for poeple who buy the game only. you are a demo user and most of the mods have a liscense protection on them, so you need to pay for the game before you can use the "mod"

once you pay for the game you will be able to play around with all the tools that are made for the game...

good luck.... and buy the game.

i have used mods in demo, u cant use mods in multiplayer, it will just kick u out of server, i have mods for z, i had to mod one so it would work for z (phantom autometer gauges) i'll post gauges, lfs tweak z, layout editor, i would post others but not allowed to post modified vehicle bodies on forum

here is what you need to do to get tweak

No you don't. You need to go to lfs-database and lfstweak is just there, on the front page..

dont you have to have s2 to use tweak?!

ok ya im going to get s2, and i was playing today and i hit the gas and it kept going and i ran into the wall, and i couldnt steer, so i need help on that

You don't need S2 to use Z tweak.
