A dedicated server can host many lfs servers, is a machine rent and with that machine, the provider gives you bandwidth on rent, that cost very much.

reading the php documentation, seems that the commands used in your example are a bit slow.

there are other commands, such as socket_create, socket_bind, socket_listen, ecc. that are faster and also supported in php 4.x

nope, with 0.0.0.0 returns the warning posted before...

change only the first IP?

if I leave 127.0.0.1:30000 in the second IP, the script run without warnings but it doesn't return anything...
