Well with the new Y patch I found that my old set up for Aston GP that used to work well, and was very consistant for 11-14 laps, no longer works for more than 3-4 laps, and its more than likely that this also goes for all other tracks.

What you can do to help your braking is if you are getting too much lock up in one corner in peticular use the live settings and adjust the brake bias, also what i do is go as quickly down the gears as you can, but in the test patch where you can't turn off the throttle blip in the BF1 the downshifts are a bit slower.

so will the auto blip still be there? because I mostly drive the BF1.06 which does have auto blip IRL, which would make it less realistic.

actually what we need is the BF1.08

Since the new F1 reguations for 2008 ban the use of TC (which means the cars will be designed without TC being incorporated so they will be quite different, and as of now we do not have enough control over the differential to make it the same situation with the BF1. 06), plus with all the new aero advancements to the cars over the past 2 years, then with the new quicker trasmission, it seems as though the old BF1. 06 is becoming more out of date, and leagues such as the OWRL F1, that currently use the BF1. 06, need a newer F1 car to simulate the 2008 F1 rules.

Yes, just forgot to mention that, but if the transmition is undated in this way without special attention to the BF1, it would force people who pretty much only drive the BF1 to buy a whole new wheel.

BTW personally I would love to have to use the clutch like they do in real F1, but there is not a wheel (that I can find) on sale with a clutch padle on the steering wheel.

What about the people who only use the BF1? Because you need only need a clutch for the start and would make LFS less of a sim for F1 people.

Hey, I was wondering would it be possible for my team to join the F1 challenge after the OWRL season is concluded?

Hello this is team manager/driver JET. The OMC F1 Team has just lost its 2nd driver, and I need someone to fill the seat for the rest of the OWRL season. In our first season of OWRL F1 competition the team has scored 2 podiums, including one win. The requirements for joining are a racing wheel, and experiance is greatly apprciated. If there are 2 or more drivers interested, the fastest will take the open seat, and the others will be moved to the test team witch will compete in the OWRL Div. B until another slot in F1 opens up.

With the new patch X, the indicators are gone, which is fine but it makes it harder to review your own replays, and other world record laps. I would like to have the option to trun it on in future patches.

I was wondering if anyone can make an F1 style carbon disc with a red caliper mounted lower on the bottom of the disk? If anyone can do this it would be greatly appreciated.

With the new W patch how do you change the engne sounds because the /edit_eng no longer works, and the new sound is good but way too quiet for an F1 car.
