Cool, seems to help so far, ive dropped the rotation down to 360 degrees, and its helping so far, ill stick to 360 for a while then i will up it to 540 then 720 and see if 900 is worth it. But only once i am decent enough to up to each stage.

Wot do people prefer 900 or 720?

Also wen i try to get the lock off quickly i cant because of the FFB or something, i think that because the wheel is new i dont wanna throw it around. But i guess it has got 2 years warrentee any way lol.

Can someone help me plz, ive had this wheel for near on a week, and i have found it extremly hard to drift now, i have tried turnin the Force Feedback off, tried wit it on. Cant seem to get it rite. I did alrite wit the mouse and now im jus... well.... shit tbh. I need help!!
Lol, i need something, either practice or someone to help me in game, maybe a set up, i dunno.
Basicly i can get drifting but wen it comes to coming out of the drift, i over steer. I think its down to not getting the lock off quick enough.

I am using 720 degrees and thinking about reducing it even more. But also its a big change to anguloge pedals from digital mouse buttons.

Hope someone can help me out here.

I must be missing something, ive found it really hard to hold a drift now, granted its not even been a day yet. Ive turned the FFB off for now to get used to the wheel, I got 900 degrees goin too.
And if any one has a decent drifting set up they use wit the DFP wheel thatw ould be cool if you could send it me,

I ent discourged tbh, jus annoyed me that at the time i went on that was the only server that allowed the XRT.

Today 06/12/06 at 06:39 GMT i went in to a server called Dizzle Drift. As soon as i got in there i was faced wit a message aimed at me saying "leave or been banned"
Surely if someone dont want public players in their server, then password them! It really rattles my cage that people think they are god.

Hold every thing, Jus checked my emails and i got one from that site u gave me Gabkicks. So i have just activated the account, and now currently downloading the software.
Now all i need is my wheel Lol

I just cant download the file. It seems its down to my firewall not allowing FTPs. Emailing the file should work except it seems to be a large file. Try it tho, PM me for my email address.

Gabkicks, I cant register on that site because it wont send me a activation code because im using a hotmail account, things just ent goin my way it seems. I will have to wait for my new computer to turn up on wednesday, then set up my original email account, then it will work.
I have also been told that some people dont need this download t use the wheel.
The wheel should turn up some time today, So i will give it a go with out the file. If it works then WHOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOO. If not then back to square one

Nope, still nothing, my computer is sharing the internet wit two other computers, and the router has a built in firewall. I would have to get access to the rite page on the internet and then hack my dads account to change it. And tbh i cant be arsed to do that rite now, if there is another way of gettin the drivers for the DFP could some one plz post the link. Otherwise wen it turns up tomora i mite have to either ask him to enable the required ports or do it my self.

For some reason these link u have jus posted dont seem to work. Im gonna try Internet Explorer as im using Mozilla Firefox. I think it mite have something to do with it for what ever reason.

for some reason i cant seem to download the software, do i really need one of them download programs to download this software? otherwise is there another site i could get it from??

I got the download from one mirror in the UK, that was the frist, which didnt have the unlock button, then i downloaded it again from the top mirror. and that works fine.

Ok but this is the wierd thing, on the main screen there is no unlock button at all, i downloaded wot sed was the latest full download. i think the unlock button is normaly under ur profile name on the left of the main screen. Thi is really annoying now. Its almost like the button is missing and cant upgrade from demo to s2

not a new demo racer, been on this ages but dont need to enter my username and password all the time, now ive had to format the computer i cant remember or fid the unlock button.

Yes that AI learning thing sounds good.
Most people will be able to work up the AIs skill levels beating them. But with that learning idea. Then u can only get better and better.

Ok im after one, been looking all over the place and cant seem to find one, in all shops. Checked on the internet and they only show them for xbox or playstation. Coz im using a laptop it has to plug in to the USB.
Can any one suggest either another wheel that plugs in to the USB or tell me where to get the DFP if it plugs in to the USB.

Would love to see more like the XRT. Not too power full but having some differences. I know we already got a few rear wheel drive cars but for some reason i love the XRT.

I bet someone has already sed this once before, but im jus letting every one know that they got my vote for more cars

Its the orange one i think. with driftworks on the sides. Basicly their sponsor car u could say.
ive jus looked for some pics but couldnt find ne at the minute in the forums.
