P.s when power is removed I can rotate the whole 900° by hand but when self testing it does 450° right but only 360° left.

DFP self test problems...
Hey guys!
My dfp is acting up. During self test it doesn't complete the 2.5 turn/900 deg. It turns right correctly, centres, but only does 1 instead of 1 1/4 turn to the left. It does this 3 times, no 200 deg test, then stops and both LEDS start blinking and it doesn't want to do anything. I've searched and tried everything I found, checked power, driver re-install, different usb port, tried manually switching between 900 and 200... no luck!
It's barely 6 months old. Can it be fixed or should I go and swop it out?
Any advice would be appreciated!
