There's a way to costumize the grafics for each program/game in the Nvidia Control Panel. Right now I can't help you very much with that because i¡m not at home right now. Heheh
Yes, I think it doesn't work sometimes (or maybe its working very weak). Downloading new drivers wouldn't be a bad idea.

I've got the Formula Force GP (pretty similar), and i never use the profiler software. The steering wheel works just how it should work.
ps. sometimes i have to restart the game because the force feedback doesn't work propperly. I don't know if this problem is normal or it is a single case.
