Yeah same here, rightfoot brake

I will be faster if I use the paddles or shifter in sequential but with some practise it should be possible to be good using the clutch/6 speed....and that's what I'm going to try for a while

Is there anyone at all using the clutch/6-speed shifter competitive?

Nah it's not my pc, I've got 5 USB ports in use and it all works fine like it allways did.

And antman, it's no trouble to plug it out and in, but it's just not the way it should work. It's not really a solution...

Most of the times when I start Windows, my wheel doesn't rotate a couple of times by itself...instead of that it just flashes the lights on the wheel and nothing else. When this happens I can't use the wheel because there is no force feedback etc. Only solution is to re-plug the usb cable in my computer.

Restarting Windows helps too from time to time.

I use the latest logitech profiler program.

Anyone knows the solution to this problem?

So I was driving this car (it happens with other cars too, not alll I think) when I get into corners (or just steer) I go quikly into a slip wich is hard to correct because the wheel (DFP) stops with FF. It feels like being in a deadzone...


Is this normall?

I use cockpit view...it would be nice to have an option as a server host to force a certain view so it's all equall.

The screenshot in the first post, I guess it's easier to play like that...haven't tryed it yet...maybe I should in order to win races...?

Btw, when you use logitech program...isn't it going to conflict with the windows configuration of the wheel?

I didn't touch that (so rotation was set at 200).

EDIT: My wheel keeps locking and unlocking from time to time when I work in WinXP...

I don't get this, when I just make a few changes, like those in your link. Everything is messed up again...when I change it back to my previous settings it is still messed up.

Last thing I tryed was 740 both in logitech and LFS, I calibrate in lfs options, and then I get super fast steering in-game while I steer my wheel just a few millimeters. It's so anoying..

Yeah I had that but it didn't worked, when I defaulted everything and turned that option back on it seemed to work somehow

Thx anyway, also...I had to press both my pedals and then click on calibrate, if I didn't do this...my car would accelerate a little by itself without going forward.


Maybe any of you know this. I like to use 720 turn around, so I set this option in both my logitech profiler and LFS, but it doesn't work. My car turns very fast in LFS.

btw, what is that sound from my wheel when I start LFS and quit LFS, some sort of lock.

Hey, if I like to use 720, do I have to turn it to 720 in LFS and Logitech Profiler as well? Because it doesn't seem to work, if I have it 720 in both, it will steer very fast in LFS.

EDIT: I;ve set some things up allrdy, using 560 atm. in-game and in logitech profiler.

Hello, I have got a Logitech DFP and set it up etc.

The problem I have now is that in the LFS options, brake/accelerate is one piece. When I assign the "button" for it, both will have the same...so I can't set up one of them.

When I start a race, my brake pedal is accelerate, and my accelerate pedal does nothing. Also, it automatically accelerates...( like pressing the accelerate pedal half.

Software: I use the Logitech Wingman profiler program.

I searched the forum but couldn't find an answer, I hope you guys understand what I mean.

Why do all the german teams have their site in German
Most other teams have it in English so all can read

I like to have my graphic settings at max. since I have good computer.

But some options aren't very clear to me, here is a screenshot with my settings (language is dutch) but you should be able to know what is what I think.
