Is there any option to put the steering wheel on the car rotating only 200 degrees instead of the 720 degrees?

Hey I have a small problem with my wheel... So my Thrustmaster Ferrari GT Experience only turns 90 degrees but the steering wheel on the car turns the whole way, but I just wanted it to turn 90 degrees.. Any help???
