Not shoutcast, but if you're in America, you should check out pandora.com. You tell it your favorite bands or songs and it plays music similar to them. Like your own personal radio. I've been listening almost nonstop for weeks now

I would like to see a slider to adjust the volume of button click sounds, voting beep, chat noises, etc. I've had to edit the sound files manually because they are too loud for my liking.

It seems to kind of tone down the 'crispness' of colors from my LCD (if that makes any sense). I guess it's too bright for my camera on its own.

You will get a lot of glare and reflections in bright light using a fresnel lens though, unfortunately.

Same viewpoint (as close as I could get anyway ). Makes the monitor seem about 4 inches bigger at my normal driving distance.

I've had my lens for about a week now. The effect it creates is awsome with LFS. Really gives you a sense of being in the car when you are close to the lens. I have noticed more eye strain after long sessions though compared to my LCD monitor without the lens. Feels kind of like a CRT with a low refresh rate.

I'll probably have to build a cockpit so I can mount it closer now

I only lose 5 fps average going from lowest possible settings at 640x480 to highest settings at 1280x1024 with full AA and AF. I have a geforce 6600gt that I bought for $120.

Once you get past a certain point, the video card you're using doesn't make much difference with LFS. A lot of people will be better off with a CPU upgrade instead.

Maybe I'll have one for every car by the end of the week illepall
