Brilliant!! Downloaded the "Silent Hill" version...that did the trick!

This is quite amazing. The added dimension is very immersive. No longer are you "staring thru a window" at a simulated racing track, but you are now on the racing track. The sensation of feeling like you are physically in the game is so astonishing.

Thank you for detailing the extra steps above to get this working. Very much appreciated!

Opentrack
You can download the OpenTrack with Hydra at:

and without (just rotational tracking) at:

Run opentrack.exe, Tracker source 1st:Rift, Filter:none, Game protcol:Free Track 2.0, click Start button.

Run LFS, and fun!

The link (above) for DX8 to DX9 converter shows 3 download links...one each for Silent Hill, GTA and Mafia. The instructions above don't specify which one to d/l. Am I missing something?
