before i start, this is what i've done to find an answer to my question. unfortunately without success:
searched the forum, searched myctra for a possibility to appeal, searched members list for a guy called d00f.

Now here's my question.
A report i raised was dismissed because of a blatant misunderstanding. To prevent further misunderstandings i'll provide a little more information without discussing the report here.

This is what happend:
1. we are driving with highspeed next to each other.
2. we make a very slight contact. definetly a normal racing incident.
3. he crashes. i do not.
4. he calls me a _<censored>_ and disconnects.

I reported that. Admin response: racing incident, made worse by lag ---> dismissed (10956)

Of course i was _not_ reporting the contact our cars made. I reported him _insulting_ me.

What is the next step to do? Raise the same report again? Send a pm to somebody? Any ideas?
