I'm hoping to pay some company to host it from their servers, I guess that's datacenter then?

Hi there, so I am wanting to host a server in Australia or New Zealand and I have no idea how to do this.

I have looked through the wiki bit of hosting and I just don't understand a thing about it.

Can anyone give me step by step guide to do this?
