If you pause the deer video at 0:05 then you can see the shape of the front of the car, and that it's at quite a considerable angle compared to the flat front of a Mercedes causing the deer to be deflected upwards and cause less damage to the front of the car (if any damage at all). Also note that the car in the deer video isn't going anywhere near as fast as the Mercedes would have been going.
I don't understand. Why is VW producing the Sirocco when it looks the same as the golf, and in essence is the same basic car as the golf? It just seems like a waste of time and money for VW.
