Can anyone give me a link (or work on it) for the 92'Williams of Alain Prost?? (With that Sonic leg pushing the accelerator!)

I'm a Skin-addict and i would make skins as well as i have seen here...
(Photoshop 8.0, and Paint Shop Pro isn't enough?)
