I have to agree with this point. I would like to practice against some AI cars before i start annoying real people with my below average racing skills. And to be honest, already on the start they begin to bump into you or smashing you off the track. Thats not so bad on the GTR cars, as they are heavy and stable enough to withstand such attacks but on singleseaters its just damn annoying.
It isn't that difficult to rebuild, so i would do it by the hand. Its just a rectangular with triangles on the bottom and a non-serif font used for KALIBER.
I have to be honest, i am really disappointed by this game. The videos looked great and it seemed to be a decent racing game without to much arcade and not to much simulation. A casual racing game for fun.
I tested the demo and was already annoyed by the controlls and the lack of controllability. Well it is a demo, i said to me, got the full game and was just disappointed. I spent more than 20 minutes to get the controls even close to playable. And even then the gamepad worked just a tiny bit better than the keyboard.
Any other games i played with my gamepad work fine, like NFS, LFS, GTR1+2 etc. So i can't really understand whats the big deal about this game ... sad.
Well, not bad. Imho the blue doesn't fit into the color combination.
But i wouldn't use a so strong compression. Its difficult to tell if the preview jpg or the texture itself is to compressed.
To much stuff on that skin, the edges are not done well.
And about Photoshop. I´m using PS 7 and Cs1 for ages, many other Graphic Studios use PS 7 oder even PS6, because there is for the most of us no real reason to buy an update for 500 Bucks to have 4 new filters and a few more layer effects. The Creative Suite costs a lot of money (it is worth it, no questions), but the amount of young fellas using it for very lowlevel stuff is amazing. They could use gimp or something equal and don't be a pirate.
