Or that they were found engaging in circumvention tactics to avoid country-based DNS blocking, which goes against Cloudflare's terms of service, per in their writings:
Which could be the case given that they targeted players from countries that outlawed gambling by offering conveniences with their language preferences (e.g Indonesia, Turkey, Vietnam, Thailand)
I had plan to regain lost position when everyone pitted during SC. After race restart I had been thinking of staying out far longer trailing behind you to make reasonable gap from the others. Turned out the pace began to slouch and I realized too late when I could've pit a few laps back.
Yea, disastrous.
Appologies to both [TC-R]Adam and [TC-R]Nick for the contacts that happened. I lost composure after unsuccessfully tried to pass [TC-R]Pete several times when i realized you both were becoming quite near and my strategy had been compromised. Untimely pit stop happens which proven disastrous as there wasn't sufficient time to be still ahead of both of you and i started to panic which only makes matter worse. Well deserved.
Sorry it took me post race to say this since I didn't get the chances to say due to the commotions after checkered flag. The rather gloomy and flame war atmospheres didn't feel right and I need time to calm down.
Setupgrid is still accessible via Wayback Machine. Not sure if it saved all of the setups. Most of the setups there are for older version and quite dated which isn't the one you'd hope for it.
Demo players-wise, 8 track+car combo setups isn't a hard thing to find. Asking anyone who at least racing in a decent and considerable manner just have about the setups, Be it older Blackwood or new. They don't change quite aggressively and in fact a few of the current WRs are held with that of the former version.
I do really like to have an easier accessibilities to setups. I remembered getting my hand on the XRG WR set from Joona himself. It's like i found something valuable in secrecy (which is isn't for most of the time). And there i set off hunting the top setups granted the generosities of others.
But this idea is prone to be opposed by many for other reasons. It's not like any race drivers get an easy access to a car+track setups do they? They go through many trials and errors before finding the perfect tune. And they prefer to keep it a secret to gain advantage from others.
And it can also be unreliable. Setupgrid, which has been going strong until somewhere 2016, hasn't had all of its car+track setups filled. Even if they do, they don't work anymore. The same goes for LFS' own setup archives. That's a lot. And even if they are, they don't work.
I asume that you're on a laptop. C2D 2.80GHz which should be the Extreme X9000 or something similar?
If this happens to be one of those replaceable GPU laptop, get a newer GPU one.
I'm running on my older laptop which only have T5500 w/ GMA 950. Not that bad to race with if you've some experience with heavy lag (10-40 fps that fluctuate in several corner). I'm currently finding a GPU replacement for my Acer 5920G since this old thing is heavily abused and has been running more than 10 years.
Try to find a RAM with a high clock e.g PC2 6400 and from the same manufacturer fron your other RAMs as they may dislike each other
I had just moved my LFS files from my old laptop to a new one. All seems to be going so well until a random and frequent issue with the "supposedly" D3D device.
Current new specs are:
Registered a day before my first race. I was looking for a substitute racing game after NFSW shutted down. I got annoyed with the complex driving in the training that i quit after an hour. Then i tried multiplayer in 25th July 2015, rammed the hell out of everyone in MRc FBM with a friend. Soon got bored and left to LCS Cruise.
Quite nervous at that time, I couldn't even steer straight and i tend to freak out with side-by-side action. Often ending in a crash.
Having mouse as a steering wheel is more manageable for me. The palm of your hand firmly gripping the mouse provide better feel and a steady control. The close emplacement of the throttle-brake prove to be pleasing to the point a nearly identic usage as a wheel user.
I honestly don't know how you are steering the car with a small pad i.e phone size as I've trouble having both of my hand comfortably gripping my phone. I guess everyone have their own unique setup
Lucaf, i'd like to inform you it's an integrated video card meaning he's left with no other option but to swap his CPU or get a new pc. But, for his condition a CPU swap is hopeless since he got the top model of such CPU.
A double performance for 25$ wouldn't be rational to think of either, though. You best be off for 90$> THEN you get something promising
