Quote from Scawen :Thanks, got this noted - and it's the same with the Kart too. Something to do with these clutchless vehicles.

Thanks for clearing things with the script!
Another one regarding Formula XRE: AI does some weird throtteling up to vmax ~20km/hShrug
And power usage doesn't seem to be calculated correctly: garage screen says 1.7%/lap (@BL1), but according to the dash while driving ~7%/lap.

Quote from Scawen :
...Scripts:

Script 'ev.lfs' is run when an electric vehicle is selected
Script 'kart.lfs' is run when using vehicle with centrifugal clutch
Script 'free.lfs' is run when using vehicle with no engine or drive

May those scripts be missing in the Test Patch 0.6V to W43?
Did the "update" and can't find them in the ".../data/script"-folder (driving f.e. Formula XRE is possible)...

A first look at the new Westhill made me smile Big grin Big grin Big grin

Quote from Scawen :...
/setlap username X
- X is positive : Set the lap that the user is currently on (as
seen at the top right, not the number of laps completed). This
does not affect checkpoints passed. This may help with a driver
who reconnects after an unintended disconnection.
...

A very interesting feature! But will there be provided an log/txt-file or something else, which documents how many laps every car[ID] has done within the actual session/replay, so that the admin can readjust the amount of laps "on the fly"/without external tools?

Quote from not_again :After searching around the "open circuits" I found a perfect place for a genuine uk banger oval. Unfortunatly there are a couple of barriers in the way.

Please remove the 3 barriers from this piece of city track

South City Timetrial

Hi!

When my teammate avetere found out, that it is possible to drive on the SO-Sidetrack with the Open Configs (as delis did in the meantime too), we wanted to make a shootout-layout for head to head racing. This plan has to been cancelled due to the autocross-start, which avoids more than one car facing the green light.
So here are the "single-versions" of it, called "Timetrial". The quite huge amount of armcos is necessary to prevent contact with the high and harmful curbs.
The first one is the "original" (left pic: view from start into turn 1) and the second jsut as ist's name says the reversed one (middle pic: 90°turn). The third layout is called "long" as it is just a combines both of them with a turning point (right pic) at half of the distance.

Important note: After the finish line there are some "soft objects" to hold the car on the sidetrack and let it not fly. You may hit them get penalty(/ies), but they aren't added to your "racetime"

Enjoy it and leave a comment if you like to!
