Changing Mipmap detail level fixed it. Thanks for the help.

Changing mip bias doesn't change anything. DirectX isn't the problem.

Using system restore to get it back to P7 fixes it, but when I update it to Q it becomes blurred again.

I haven't. I will try to use System Restore.

My LFS has suddenly became blurred. I tried completely uninstalling the game and reinstalling it without success. It seems to affect all the car skins and the environment in the game as well. Also the LFS logos in the ''welcome'' screen and the previews of the tracks in the menu. Is there any way to fix this?
