Its been awhile but its in the house now. The monitor is almost in. The image is stretched and the resolution is not the best but it works. It actually looks better in person.

All my movies are in c:\movies\ I am wanting to go from c:\movies\batman.flv to c:\movies\batman\batman.flv with a batch file or something similar so I can do them all at once. I'm using xbmc.

I know we have a lot of friendly computer experts here so I figured this would be a good place to ask. If I have a folder full of mp4 files is there a way to move them into their own folder with matching name without creating the folders and moving them manually. Its for a media center project I'm working on.

I know I had and still do have a hard time mastering the cars. Mainly because there is no feed back other than wheel. There are no forces on your body which make the turns hard for me.

I had to right click on the lfs icon and lower my resolution way down on my old pc. I think you can even do it in the lfs options menu.

I'm going to throw this out there and it may not even be possible to do. I was having trouble getting my wheel that I made out of a optical mouse to work on my arcade because it was reading a little y movement along with the x movement and was confusing it. I used X-Mouse Button Control and made it to where I could hold down a hot key and only get x movement long enough to set my controller. If you could get your wheel to act as a mouse with vjoy or something like that you could have x axis at all times and have it change to y axis while holding a button on your wheel. You would be able to move your mouse to any position on your screen with your wheel but it would be like using one of those claw toy machines. Just and idea.

I know its been over a year since I posted this but I'm finally getting around to working on it since my son is a year old now. I have a question about the ignition. Is there a way to set it to were its on only when the button is pushed and when you let off it dies. The reason I ask is because I installed a key on off switch. I would like for the ignition to come on when I turn the key on then die when I turn the key off.

Well I spent weeks trying to get my xbox wheel to work and gave up. Last night I hade some time to waste and thought what the heck I'll try one more time. Hade it working in less then 5 mins. Go figure. Thanks for all the help.

Mine is a drivefx does that matter?

It's a xbox 360 wheel.

Well its been awhile and I still cain't get my wheel to work. Does anyone have a driver they e-mail me.

I haven't been able to play online yet. No internet at home. What I do have is slow. I live out in the county and its hard to get it. But some day!

And a empty online racing environment has no merit on someone's intelligence or their common sense.

I just bought it in july and happy with it but then again not everyone is me.

How many times have you bought anything and had it upgraded without paying for it. Shure there things like phones and windows that gets updates but thats usaly to fix bugs and stuff like that. Why would the creators of this game want to update the graphics just to keep you playing it if you have already paid for and it was back in 2009? If its updated then they need to be paid for their time and I would not be able to by it because it probably would not run on my pc.

Cargame.nl, if LFS came out with a update with better graphics would you buy it again like gta 5?

This was my favorite game when I was a kid. I use to dream about having a game like lfs. This car had three positions straight, full left and full right. So to me the the graphics are great and realy don't matter to much. Wax fruit looks good but taste like crap. Kinda like Need For Speed. Lol
