G forces in RAF files

I wrote a matlab script to extract some channels from the RAF files, but the g forces always seem to be zero. I checked it in a binary editor and it's the same there. Is there a way to have this data in the raf files, or another easy way to construct it from the other data?

So the best way to go around this problem with a normal two-axis steering wheel is using a button to act as a clutch and throttle blip while braking and pushing the button?
I see there are some cars (like the formula 1 car) that have throttle cut IRL, is it the same ingame? Do you also have to blip in cars that normally have flappy paddles?
Tips for driving without cut and blip

With the new patch out, and throttle blip and cut gone, some advice for us newbies would be nice.
I raced for some time now (getting s2 on Tuesday finally) and have always used those aids, and I think a lot of other beginners as well. There are of course some differences in setups but unless you own a g25 (or some other wheel with clutch pedal) you have to use some tricks to get around this problem of not having a clutch.
How are we supposed to blip and cut (although cutting is pretty straightforward) without the clutch, if someone could give tips for different controllers (I have a wheel, but there will be a lot of beginners with mouse, keyboard etc), I would appreciate it very much.

edit: Let me make clear that I like this change. It will take some time getting used to, but I'll be back at my old times soon enough.

This was the standard setup, there is no difference at all between brake help on or off. And I thought this was different earlier, I think I couldn't brake maximum without locking the wheels. Could you test that?

I made a replay, if you want something specific, please ask.

I bar goes to maximum, no problem there. It happens with all 3 cars and all setups.
Break help is (almost) always on

I don't know since when I have this problem, but break help is always on. Changing the setting doesn't make any difference. I can't make any of the wheels lock up, even when I apply full brakes.
The brake bar (when you look at the controls page) does go to the maximum setting.
I use a Logitech momo steering wheel. I tried reinstalling but that did not work. I did not always have this problem, and a few days ago for about an hour, it did work correctly.
