I would be interested in racing. Picked Sunday, but could do other evenings (gmt timezone)


No longer yes to Sundays as it will conflict with Absolute Beginners Racing League 2017 which has now started.
I would be still be up for an alternate day though.

Hello,,,help requested.

At random and during gameplay my screen exits the LFS game window straight to desktop.

This is annoying as it causes unavoidable crashes, due to me being unable to see. I can get back in by clicking the LFS icon (running program...not restarting program), but usually by the time I get the view back I have come a cropper.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My OS is Windows 7and other info is on my profile.

Edit: Apologies....I may have found the answer in another similar question thread which didn't come up on my first search regarding the Windows Action Centre etc.

2nd Edit: Ref above suggested settings adjustment from another post........I tried it but on the odd occasion (not as often as previously) my screen still is exiting to desktop mid game.

Any further suggestions for possible causes and fixes would be most welcome.

Hi LFS simmers. I downloaded Demo version recently and am impressed as it runs just fine on my 2.5GHz laptop (and yes I have watched countless Youtube videos of Assetto Corsa, Project Cars etc as well, but don't run a high end graphics gaming PC)

I am looking to get hold of a decent FFB wheel soon before I upgrade to S1 or S2 as using a keyboard is NOT easy or conducive to good lap times.
Hopefully there will be a few "sales" soon and I can bag myself a Thrustmaster on the cheap.

(Thanks for the advice BeNoM. Went for a G920 to get me up and running seeing as it has a 3 pedal set and leather and is a good deal at the moment, including the shifter)
