Thought I'd have a go at the new Gulf sponsored GT1 Aston Martin DBR9. This is the first skin I've uploaded for you guys to see, though it's not the first I've made. Anyway just knocked it up tonight with a couple of beers so could be better.

Anyway see what you think.

Could someone please tell me what the letters in the 'Info' column of the list of hosts mean?

I've managed to work out (all by myself) the car type and class filters

Just a quick hello to anyone out there, :wave2:

Downloaded S2 mainly for off-line use as I work where there is no fast and reliable internet access (believe me there are such places - even in this day and age )

Only heard of LFS a couple of weeks ago so very new. Only 300miles online so far - man is this addictive. So much better than anything else I've tried (GT1-4, Forza). I like the lack of gaming elements like winning Cr/£/$ and buying upgrades, leaving more time to just enjoy racing. I'll probably get flamed for this but driving with an X-Box controller as I can't really carry a wheel around with me, finding it surprisingly good and infinitely better than the kb/mouse alternatives.

Anyway, hope to see many of you on the track. Happy racing.

Interesting, who would we have to approach for that? It may be a low-volume British sportscar company, but the Ultima GTR is the holder of several world records, and not currently represented in any other racing sim (AFAIK).

Do any of the developers read this thread?

I feel that most of the car types are fairly well represented, with one glaring omission - a sportscar/prototype racer. Nothing too specific but a real ground effect GT Le Mans racer. Under 1000kg and around 600bhp

Think Toyota GT-1, Peugeot 908, Lotus Exige GT3, Jaguar XJR-9, Ultima GTR etc.

Just think of the skins

Oh, and while we're at it, how about an open one too - Audi R8, Radical, Westfield XTR, any Can-Am racer
