Yes I always try to respect the flag and maybe if I screwed it up sometimes it really was never my intention. But I really get pissed when I am driving in correct line and some speed psycho storms in from behind and smashes right in my ass and rolls me over. And then he is pissing off like respect the blue flag LOL.
I decided to get better at LFS. I read about this great tool called Analyze for speed. I want to know where I am loosing time and speed and compare results with better players. Can someone give me any tips on Analyze for speed (how to install, where to get it, what can I do with it and how to use it)?
I have Logitech Formula EX wheel. It has a brake and throttle pedals. I used to play right foot on throttle and left foot braking. The problem is that position is so unnatural to me and I got some pain in my left shin and ankle. So I am beginning to play the right foot throttle and brake way. I just want to know if anyone drives that way or used to drive that way. How long will it take to get used to it?
Ok guys it seems this community is really one of the best. Never got responses so fast. Well I managed to solve my problem and it shows the noobness again. I should take the renaming sets posts more seriously. I thought they were named right but they were named like XF GTR_etc. So I renamed them to XFG_etc and now they show in the garage. Awesome.
No, they are in setups folder. I don't have the settings folder anyway.
Well today I asked some users if they could send me the setups and they did, but I didn't know what to do next to be able to use those sent setups. Any tips are welcome.
Well when I go to garage, on the right side I still have just my default setups (race, rallycross etc). Can't see any new setups there. How do I load them?
So I downloaded some easy racing setups from the setup section of the forum. I put them in the setups folder. How do I choose the setup when I am in the game?
Huh yeah I got it working now but I see there is a lot of work to do. It's a real hardcore simulation and I was spinning like crazy. It's gonna take some practice to get it.
Thanks guys. Have another question. I tried some GTR racing and my car won't go full speed. I push the pedal to the metal but it won't go. It goes very slow.
I just bought a license and want to burn some rubber. I want to know how can I change the default car and some tips on how to start playing etc (some links would be great). See you all online.
