Hi everybody!

I got LFS in 2008 and played it a lot, like I did also GTR2.

Now I started up my PC after 9 months (using my Mac allways) and realized that there is a racing game LFS. I havent played this since 2009, but I like it a lot.

I found some old track records of mine wich I wrote down with FXR in Austin that said 1.43.

Well, when I started today, I tracked 1.51. but end of the day I was able to drive those 1.43 times. Its like a driving a bike - you'll never forget it.

Lets see what happends tomorrow. =)

Here is advice for the future.

If you see a fast guy/girl driving around the track and you wonder what might be his/hers setup.

Ask for the driver kindly to send his/hers setup for you (notice someones doesnt want to share their ultimate record setups).

Example: When the race is over, press "T" and ask for the setup from the particular driver. If He/She says yes, Press "N". There you can see all players and letters as "t" "W" and "S". Click on the lighted "S" at the same line as the drivers name you just asked, and you have his/hers setup (you have to rename it). Now just go to garage and change your setup to that new one.

At least thats a good base for you to build your own record setup and you dont have to start from scratch.

You can send your setup same way. Only then the letters will be "SS". Just click the name you want to send them to.

Did you use only 1st gear when leaving pit? It will damage your engine (too much rpm). At pitlane theres 80 km/h speedlimit, and if you drive the pitlane with 1st gear and full revs, engine will be busted. Use the speed limiter in the pits and change to 2nd gear. After pit area -line you just turn off the speed limiter and take off.
