any way to find out your game password?

ok so granted I haven't been on lfs for a while, maybe 4 months

I got a new computer and thought why not download it and play again. downloaded it and got into the multiplayer tab to type in my password and username. It came up with a message that said something like wrong password or some shit. so I thought "yeah ok I haven't been on in a while, so I might need to change the password because I've obviously forgotten this one" changed my password successfully and went to type it into lfs but still came up with the message?? any help would be helpful

so the story is me and my friend want to play touge together so he created a lobby under the name nutsucci (terrible I know) it shows me the name but every time I press join (or go) it gives me a message saying connect timed out, I don't know if its mine or his internet or he has set it up wrong, so if someone could be nice enough to tell us what to do it would be appreciated! thank you
