Apologies, I'm sure this question has been asked before.

Being quite new to racing sims, my knowledge of tuning cars for racing is limited. I assume its something that is quite necessary if I hope to compete online.

Is this really the case? If so, are there any good guides out there with which I can teach myself?

How strange.. I know I wasn't responsible for any of the flags I have received.

I just started racing online on the CTRA servers, having signed up for their online stat tracking (http://www.raceauthority.com/). I raced a few times last night, and saw 5 yellow flags. I obeyed them, keeping an eye out for any trouble ahead.

Now CTRA says I have received 5 yellow flags. Is this a bad thing? The accidents weren't related to me as far as I know.
