Hey i just got my s2 licence but it seems there's only demo servers up...? where is everyone?

I've got an S2 Licence but it says Demo Player.

Can someone please help me? I'm new and i don't know how to put my skins on when i play mulitplayer. Do i need to download a program or something? cheers...
