Right, but why to do this if you can just check tyres to be _cold_ enough? Smth like "Too hot tyres - lap won't be accepted" right after crossing S/F line.

It's strange to see that currently all people who worked hardly on setups doesn't have any credits in lfsworld.
Instead, some very syrange laggy drivers like MARUS making WR's on very similar to previous (all settings which possible to take from replays) WR setups. I'm good mouse driver personally, but I never was that laggy with steering.
You also can see strage steering bechaviour under LFS replay analyser.

Also, there is no point in replays with hot tyres - they are much less respectable to be on top of replays without hot tyres.
Why not to check setup similarity percent (multiple settings), steering smooth fairness, and tyre temperatures to be cold enough on lap start before making hotlap list as garbaged as now it is?

BTW, Very usefull sources. Kinda combined EvHandler and Positioning program, works well. And all that comments - wonder how much time percent they took.
Just two questions (may be noobish):
-pthread_mutex_t and etc: do they required in main.cpp? (Looking on positionig example & *_buttons functions). One of pthread_mutex_unlock returned me smth like owerflow, so just commented them.
-Do udp_loop_thread really need it's own thread? Or udp_next_packet & next_packet may freeze a bit?

Thanks for tool and thread stuff, was able to run EventControl in MSVC without too much headache in 2 hours.
Wil LFS be able to hold two applications of this type simultaneously, let's say two EventContros or EventControl&stuff like Airio?
Cause "(Tv)Director" line in config may mean otherwise?

Should this lib work on 0.6E? Cause after connection to insim and starting race getting lots of wrong size init packet errors.
