it would be nice if they would maybe put the website name in the server name or something. i know i saw a couple that did but the sites did not work. i was just in a public lx4 server and got kicked after someone said it was a private race. i guess i'll have to try to get the websites for those servers lol.
all the populated s2 servers have been password protected. the only non password protected ones that are populated have been demo servers lately and i dont feel like racing with a bunch of demo idiots. whats with this? i think its BS that i pay for an s2 and the populated s2 servers have passwords.
hey you guys have by far the best racing i have played on on lfs it has the cleanest and most fun racing of any server i have played on. the admins do theyre job VERY well and have addressed every issue i have seen on they're server.
by servers i meant populated servers lol. how about us racers get some racing servers going? i'll be looking for a racing server and be on for a bit tonite.
wow dident expect this much feedback lol. i would race on ctra 2 if i could get the liscence but since i am not verry good with the cars in ctra 1 and hate the city tracks they always have it on i dont think i'll be getting on ctra 2 anythime soon. i like tbo class because its the most fun class and im actually good at it. i practice with the tbo's the most because they are the most fun to drive. something has gone wrong with the lfs comuity and now its a drift/cruise/demo haven. i think racing servers should be dominant in this RACING simulator. i would like to know what the devs think about the lack of racing servers in the racing simulator they created.
so i havent been playing lfs for a while and i decided to do some racing. i was hoping for a good tbo class race because that is my favoraite. but all i can find is gt, drift, and cruise. wtf happened? this completely sucks, i want to race not slide my car around a track like an idiot (no offence so dont flame me drifters) i want to race the tbo class and not the gt or f1 or mini stuff. is there anyone else who feels the same?
lol nice. im using old ps1 pedals for my clutch so i couldent use the ps2 conector. i ripped the guts from an old joystick and put them in there. now i just need some type of program to set the sensors up for the pedals.
heres the pics. i just wanted to make a cheap clutch pedal so its kinda shitty. but hopefully will work when i am done. jusst gota duct tape it to the side of the logitech momo pedals lol.
no i ripped the guts out of the ps1 pedals and put the twisty sensor thing from the throttle an old joystick in it to sense the pedal being pushed down. but in the controll pannel it only senses a quarter turn of the twisty sensor thing and i need it to sense like 2 whole turns. it will turn as much as i need it to but it will not sense the whole thing because its only set to how far the throttle turned. btw im only putting 1 in for the one pedal to be the clutch. in the future i might cut the other pedal off to make it more compact. i'll get some pics up soon.
im making a clutch pedal out of an old joystick and an old ps1 racing pedal. im using the thing from the joystick that senses the throttle spinning but wen i go into my controll pannel it only senses a quarter turn and i need it to sense alot more for the pedal. is there a program i can use that will make it so it will sense the full amount i need it to?
