after doing the new patch i had to recalibrate my steering wheel

i can rev the engine change gear but the car wont move

am i doing something silly ? help please

i'm using a g 25 wheel and pedals

i think i need to be more gentle / progressive with the gas pedal
its just tempting to floor the accelerator when in a race

i'll see how it goes and hope by being more smooth my lap time will get better
has anyone got a good steady setup ! just to get to 1.35 on the blackwood track

hi all
as a beginner i'm trying hard to improve my lap times

one thing i have noticed is that my rear end nearly always swings around when going round corners with tyres screaching ?

i've noticed that when viewing other drivers who do fast times that the rear end on there cars seem to follow the front end with little or no swing and screaching noises

i've tried various setups with no difference as yet

what am i doing wrong help !!!!!!!
blackwood xfg was 1.42 i've now got a best at 1.39 but i cant better that as yet
1.35 would be my next goal

well just to update things
did a bios flash on my motherboard 2 days ago
and now no problems with lfs at all ?
i dont know why but no sound issues GREAT , HOORAY !!!!!

hi all,
ive downloaded some car skins to my desktop !
when i try to upload them to my online car skins it says a skin with the same file name already exists as it is already available for auto download in s2
what is auto download ?
ive gone in game, i can see my standard car skins but not the ones on my desktop which i want to upload
how do i get auto download to download the skins

hi all , anyone get this error message ? "lfs.exe has stopped working"
i get this when in a race or turning off the game , it just closes back to desktop !

going to fit a new xfi card now from my pc maker ,should be delivered by tues, the old one may be faulty ?
if that fails , a bios update will be done
a have thought about the daniel k drivers so i'll give those a try if all else fails

i think its my sound card and drivers, but my pc maker thinks its an issue with my gfx card ? interferece etc in game so hes going to send me a new 280 gtx to try single gpu
i also have 4 gig of ram which ive heard is a problem with creative and vista

put new sound drivers on ,did a new install of lfs but no luck sound still fades when on a race for 3 to 5 mins , have to restart a race and all ok for 5 mins
has anyone got any ideas ?

ps i also get an interference noise sometimes like feedback ? for 10 secs then it goes away !!!!!!

im using 2 15 0006 which is the latest one i think !
there is a beta version 2 18 but i think it not to stable

i'll try a reinstall of the sound drivers !
and reinstall the game !

or joining a new race ?
