My internet messed up, kept closing down so I wasnt sure if it had been uploaded.

I just need to upload it so the other people in are clan can see it when im in are server and they say they cannot see it, can anyone give me any advise also?

Hey, I was just wondering if some one could tell me how to install skins for a demo user? Ive tried extracting it in skins and skins_dds, but it wont come up when I go to change the skin in my car. Any Ideas? If so email me at [email protected] thanks
