Nononono. I REALLY think avatars would be a bad idea :P. I was thinking maybe somewhere we can come out of trailers or something, before hitting the track. I don't know why, but I love that feeling (even in a video game) and i think it would be one of those small improvements that you can't go wrong with .
I don't think this has been suggested so here i go...
I think a paddock would greatly improve upon the realism of the entire game. I see lots of games where you start from the pits... It's okay, but I would like the privilege of being able to bring that car out for the first time on a "track day", you know? lol
Racing Layout for those who like tight tracks, with lots of corners, chicanes, and a paddock .
I have also added 3 .eng files (engine sounds) for the 3 cars that are used to participate in this event: the XRR, FXR, and FZR.

DESCRIPTION:
Every 10 years, the Benedict GT Championship holds a finals race for those drivers who have raised the bar once again, for human possibilities. Drivers who are hand-picked out of thousands of race car drivers in the world. The best of the best.
The GP of Benedict opens only once every 10 years for the most prestigious event in motorsport history. The top 10 drivers, chosen out of the thousands that enter the Benedict Grand Touring Championship (BGTC), will participate for the Grand Prize. 50 points are awarded to the winner of the Grand Prix, as well as 150 million dollars, and life-long fame.
The Benedict GP features one of the tightest racing spaces, where one inch off of the racing line can mean fatal consequences. Even the pit placement is unique. However, drivers are expected to pass in these difficult circumstances or otherwise lose the championship. And without any rewards other than points and medals in the other races of the championship, this can mean the end of one’s career. Those who are not worthy enough to participate in the GP of Benedict are left bankrupt and heart-broken.

I made this shortly after seeing the Ken Block Gymkhana Practice video on youtube. Man it was really something! so I tried to recreate everything in the video in hopes of trying all that in Live For Speed.
My god, I hate having to choose pitboxes LOL I lose so much time sometimes. I brake as late as possible, only to find myself having to take the pitbox in front of the one I was aiming for. SOME KIND of PIT BOX NOTIFICATION would be AMAZING.
I for one would want a replay system that doesnt take soo long to load when it recorded the AI. Multiplayer replays work great, but AI replays could use some shorter loading times.
I really wish there were more "REAL" chicanes in Live For SPeed... Like the ones in Budapest, or Barcelona. The pictures in the first post shows what I mean
I personally would like a Formula One 2008 car. I know you can turn off the traction control in the BMW 2006 cars, but I would suspect that the 2008 cars have more grip... or is it really that hard in real life without TC?
I own a G25 steering wheel, and I use it to play LFS...
I set my shifter controls to...well, shifter controls, and my paddles to Shift Up and Shift Down... But it would be great if I could use my paddles as Look Left and Look Right as well, when I'm using the shifter to change gears. Hence, my suggestion for the ability to map 2 different keys for the same control
well, the XRR actually seems to stall easier, as opposed to the ferrari-like, H shifter GT car (sorry i forgot the name). I just wish cars were easier to stall, thats all .
I'm surprised at how many replies there are already. anyway, I was just wondering, since I see on TV and in real life that race cars stall so much, I was hoping that in LFS that they would make the cars easier to stall as well :P. Well, i'm no race car driver in real life, so I wouldn't know, but if clutch control is so easy, why in real life to drivers stall so much?
I recently got Live For Speed S2, and I just have one small suggestion that would really make LFS more realistic...
When starting up the cars ingame, I wish it would be more "difficult", like in real life. In LFS all you have to do is hold the ignition button, and put in a little throttle, but in real life, starting a car up would be very hard to do. Also, I with that the clutch would be a little more realistic, as in it is easier to stall.
I've been playing LFS Demo for a looonnnggg time now, and finally thought "ALRIGHT! I'M FINALLY GOING TO UNLOCK S2!"...and here I am. I unlocked S2 just 5-10 minutes ago, and am enjoying it fully!
My name is Benedict Park, from Canada. I am 14 years old, turning 15 in October.
I am a sim racing enthousiast, who has had previous racing experience from GTR, GTR2, GT Legends, rFactor, and Race 07. I make lots of videos on youtube from video games, and in real life.
In real life, I only race go karts right now (never placed lower than 2nd thanks to sim racing experience) due to my age, but its still fun!!
K gotta go play some Live For Speed now :P Nice meeting all of you! I hope to see you online!
