Tonight a troll has been on the server called "GermanDream" or something like this... It has been a funny situation. He ruined 2 starts, so that i started voting on him, everyone voted to kick him, too. He came back, said that he didn't do anything and came back on track. Meanwhile he started 2 votes against me and didn't realize, that no one else voted me
2 Laps later we had to ban him, because he pushed me off the track while I tried to lap him
So be careful, if you see this guy

I'll drive the FZR, too. I already did 10 Laps with it and my opinion is, that it is a real great feeling. The last two races have been too slow for me. I like the speed
I don't have a problem with the race length. This track is really a highspeed track. Just think about the time you spend on the throttle
It is really fun to drive this car and this track, but there is one problem: I need a lot of experience with both. So hopefully I'll manage to do around 2000 test kilometres to get a place in pool 4. It's my goal for the first season to gain good positions in P4

What a great Race
I started 6th in Pool 4, so I've been scared that I'll get pushed out in turn 1. So I drove a bit more carefully and went a longer route through the turn. It seemed to be the right descision. Didn't see what happened, but suddenly I've been on 4th Position
After three laps I managed to relax my left leg a bit, cause I didn't realize, that I always have been ready to break
I slowly managed to get closer to the car in front of me and the gap backwards grew. The first 2 cars - C. Andersson and Sven Schmidt - drove constantly 1:24.xx laptimes. I managed to do some high 1:24.xx, too, but overall it mostly has been a 1:25.xx.
On lap seven I've been around 10cm behind place three. He made a small mistake in the last chicane, so that I could overtake after some slipstreaming. Then he pushed me, but I managed to make nearly no mistake. In lap 10 he suddenly got slower. I still thought that he made a mistake, but 3 laps later I overlapped him. I think he destroyed his clutch, so normally - concerning to the rules - he has to leave the track. Every third lap I had to lap this car and each time it has been a dangerous situation
On lap 20 I made my pitstop. The pitcrew had to change the right rear tire. I think this has been the right descision.
After that I drove a constant race at place three.
In Lap 34 I saw the end coming :eek: At the end of the lap the car touched a cerb and turned onto the roof. But it came back on the wheels.
The last lap maybe has been the slowest I ever drove I just drove that carefully to bring the car home... Got 3rd and were happy

Oh man, this will get a really hard race. I don't even know how I shall complete these 35 Laps.

Did my first 4 qualy laps yesterday and still got a 1:24.9x. So today I'll do some practise - laps and then I'll do the next 4 qualifying laps.

I just watched todays stats and get shocked as I've seen what some guys are able to do. 2641km on one day. So I believe he drove KY Oval with BF1... This makes around 8 hours of playing LFS this day. What do you think about that?
My opinion is, that this can't be an advantage for your own health!

You had great chances to get 3rd place I just watched the replay yesterday
The crash in Lap one was absolutely my fault... There has been no chance to overtake in this chicane. Sorry for all involved cars...What an amazing first race

So I was 2nd and the car in front of me breaked a bit too early, so that I had to go straight into the barrier. After this I was 13th and made my way through the field. In Lap 3 I've been back on place 3.. As I watched in the mirror in turn 1 I saw a car coming up really fast. That guy pushed me so hard into the barrier, that I had to do my pitstop. The Lap was really slow, because nearly everything was broken at the car.
After the 38 sec. pitstop I've been 15th and last, nearly one Lap behind... Then I started my big comeback with Laptimes in the low 1:34s... So my Laps have been 2-3 seconds faster than the rest of the grid (fastest lap behind mine: 1:35.8x)...
The next laps have been amazing. I made nearly one place per lap... I felt like a small (pool 5) Michael Schumacher at his best times 5 Laps to go I've been on 2nd Place. only 24 minutes left until my first race in OLFSL starts
I had trouble in the qualifying session, so I could only do a lap for Grid 5... Now my racelaps are 2 seconds faster than my qualy-lap... let's see what happens on track. Had some great tests, but the real race will be something different

hm... I made a break of more than 2 years. From April 06 till April 08 i never touched the game. Now I still drive again, and it makes a lot of fun... BUT: not many things changed. 2 or 3 new cars.
I'm a bit dissapointed, because a programm still got many points, where something has to be done. I paid for this game, so I expect a development process, that is much faster than this...
so I agree to the statement of james12s... It will look the same in 2 years. A funny game, but not a serious racing simulation. The possibilities are great, but in a 24h race there has to be a night and in a rain race there has to be rain...
