title says it all...?

i hope this is not the wrong forum to ask this but if i want to save a .raf file for LRA in the first lap, how do i do it? is it possible?

whats the difference between absolute and relative? and also i noticed that it only goes up to 9.99 Gs even though with LRA it shows 50+G when i crashed into a wall

LFS newbie here, sorry if this is the wrong forum to ask when i press f9 for the tyre stuffs, theres a yellow number saying 0.29 and changes a lot, what is it for?
and also how do i upload pictures?
