Wow. What are you using to run LFS on your Apple Silicon Mac + getting your wheel working? Is it all through Parallels/VMWare? Because if I can get my wheel working... Oh boy!

I could only get the wheel working with Dirt Rally and F1 2017. ETS2/ATS was hit and missing but no FFB.

Also, is there any FFB with your method of playing LFS?

I just tried it on my M1 Air (16 GB RAM) using Whisky with ESync/MSync off but DXVK on, but only can get around 1-5 FPS during gaming on absolute lowest settings.

Loading times are completely out of question.

From what I've seen, it's due to the DX9 translation not working correctly. People say it might run better on CrossOver but from my experience, it's better on Parallels (haven't tried VMware Fusion though).

- ESync/MSync = off
- DXVK = on
- DXVK Async = off
- DXVK HUD = full

I personally had good luck running it within a VM however, if I can run all I need in Whisky/GPTK.

Question for you @Dygear, did you make any changes to your Whisky bottle config?

I've also tried with DXVK off, but it is still very slow. I was curious, how did you get yours to run at those frames? I have to assume it is simply due to how much more powerful the M2 Max is over my standard M1.
